Got a few today in the rain:





Eddies partially iced, I fished slow water seems with the water low, they were right out in the current behind boulders. On FnF.

Ended up 6/8 with the first and largest performing the upside down twirl to evade capture n pic snapped. Biggest 16".

Key was overlining the fly in the current to where the drag of the fly slowed down the float. Fish were on bottom in depressions just out of sight in the ultra clear, low water.

Skunked yesterday.
